New Era Oganization is run by it's Command Members.  This consists of a President, and appointed personell.  No decisions can be made by any party without consult and approval by the other members.  

The President's responsibilities include overall management of club affairs, public relations info update from the appointed cabinet, and New Join Briefing.  The President and the Treasurer, will report all financial status to the Club members every end of the Month.


The Chairmen's provide the democratic vote for decisions affecting the Organization's function.  These decisions include, but are not limited to:

Club Participation


Financial Expenditure


Club Direction

Additionally, the Chairmen's are responsible for the well being of Club Members.  Finally, the President along with the assistance of Cabinet are responsible for execution of logistical tasks necessary for competition and general administration.
